The Orange Town Plan and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the request of to hold its over Labor Day weekend.
The approval for the church’s 31st annual festival from Aug. 31 to Sept. 3, and it is conditional on the church submitting the appropriate insurance information.
Zoning administrator Paul Dinice told the TPZ that there were no problems with the festival last year.
An application on the agenda for two additions to Ben’s Service Station, 115 Boston Post Road, was not heard because the applicant never filed it.
