Yale University already has located at its West Campus on the -West Haven border, and soon it will move its School of Nursing there as well.
The New Haven Register reported that Yale plans to move its nursing school to the new site in summer 2013, which will double the number of people at the university’s West Campus.
State Sen. Gayle Schlossberg toured the biosciences program in January and said it had the potential for making Connecticut a leader in stem cell and DNA genome research, a goal she has supported as co-chairman of the state Legislature’s Public Health Committee.
