Orange Resident Planning to Appeal Vision Appraisal

The resident says a recent appraisal as part of a refinance is $50,000 less than what Vision came up with.

Gowda said she downloaded the Board of Assessment Appeals application from an Orange Patch article published last week that details where the town's revaluation process is, and where it will be going from here. The form is also available in the Assessor's Office.
