New Haven Co. Signs Building Lease in Orange

Commercial real estate broker says it's the biggest deal in New Haven County in a year.

Just as , a real estate brokerage announced the biggest industrial lease deal in New Haven County in a year for a commercial building on Lambert Road.

According to City Biz Real Estate, an online New York business news website, Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures announced it signed Colony Hardware Corporation to a 102,000 square foot lease, taking over a stand-alone building at 269 Lambert Road just off I-95 Exit 41.

The announcement quoted CBRE broker Michael Dillon, who represented Lighthouse, as saying the full-building transaction was the largest industrial deal in and in New Haven County in 2011.
