To the Editor:
I am seeking up to 60 people to work on Thanksgiving evening for a major retailer in Derby. The hours will be 6:00 p.m. on Nov. 24 to 6 a.m. on Friday Nov. 25.
In order for me to send someone, I need some tax forms filled in and proof of ID. In addition there is a drug test which is done at our offices.

The I-9 form is federally mandated. To complete the I-9 form a passport, or Certificate of US citizenship, or Certificate of Naturalization, or Foreign passport with Employment Authorization, or Alien Registration Card with photo.
If you do not have these documents, you may substitute a State Drivers license or US Military Card AND birth certificate or original Social Security Card.
