Bailiff at Woodbridge Animal Control needs a Forever Home!

Contact information to adopt is included.

From Woodbridge Animal Control:

We have a very sweet dog for your adoption this week with a very unusual background.

Bailiff became separated from his family when hurricane Katrina struck their neighborhood. He survived the devastation on his own for several weeks until an animal rescue group and a Northern family gave him a new chance at life. Another hardship happened recently which brought him to Woodbridge Animal Control.

Through all of these changes, it is amazing Bailiff remained such a nice dog. He is an adult German shepherd dog mix, a slim, thin 50 pounds with tan and black coloration. He is an absolute gem; attentive, low key, low maintenance and really appreciates human company. Bail is always smiling, always looking to please and oh so friendly. He will be an excellent companion in an adult family. He now needs another chance, another rescue. Can you help?

Bailiff and other dogs and cats are available for adoption at Woodbridge Animal Control in Woodbridge, 135 Bradley Rd. The shelter can be reached by phone at203 389-5991. Or visit us online at http://www.petfinder.com/pet-search?shelter_id=CT118.
