A Message from Orange Emergency Management

The latest information you need to know.

Fred Palmer, the Town of Orange Emergency Management Director, just shared the following message for residents:

A message from Orange Emergency Management:

Blizzard conditions prevail.

Please stay in your houses and off the roads if possible. No parking in streets.

If you are able to shovel snow, consider helping our volunteer firefighters by clearing snow from the fire hydrants in your neighborhood.

Our shelter is not open at this time.

When the blizzard ends we will determine if the shelter will be needed.

U.I. Contacts:

  • www.uinet.com under Storm Center.
  • To report outages, call UI at 800-7-CALL-UI (800-722-5584).

If you have a true emergency call 911.

Thank You,

Fred Palmer EMD
Tino Russo Asst. EMD
