Numbers show home sales in Orange may be on the rise. The Town Clerk recorded more home sales this week than last, led by an $800,000+ sale on scenic Skyview Road. Sales are recorded courtesy of the Orange Town Clerk's office and are recorded between August 9 and August 16.

15 Skyview Road: Sold from Dennis Murray to David A. Della-Giustina for $850,000 on August 7.

53 Pine Crest Road: Sold by Nathan Tarsi to Marie Garcia-Abrines for $269,000 on August 8.

74 Grannis Road: Sold from Kenneth J. Gambardella to Ronald T. Callahan for $267,000 on August 9.

820 Bayberry Lane: Sold by Mark E. Welch to Diane Russo for $387,500 on August 13.

626 Aspen Lane: Sold by Keith A. Levine to Jasbir K. Sidhu for $503,000 on August 15.
