Amended regulation takes both residents' and restaurant owners' needs into consideration.

Members of the Town Plan and Zoning Commission voted to amend the regulation regarding outdoor seating at restaurants.

The regulation stated that any outdoor patron seating area must be separated from any residence by a distance of 400-feet.
