[PHOTOS & VIDEO] Craft Time at My Gym in Orange

A few toddlers give Andy Warhol some competition as they create "pop" art during an afternoon class.

It might be a cold, icky day outside, but inside My Gym in Orange it was bright, warm and the mood was upbeat.

A small group of children and their mothers gathered for the 1 p.m. arts & crafts class at the Boston Post Road business. They painted with sponges — imitating the style of the late, famed artist Andy Warhol — and then got to play with shaving cream. Of course, the children also got to play and run around the kid-friendly environment as music played.

The arts & crafts class meets every Wednesday. For more information about My Gym, check out their listing on Patch.

The business also created a Patch account and has been posting its class schedule in the Orange Patch calendar of events.

They should also be tested for other genetic disorders, such as Wilson's disease, which causes theRead More liver to store copper, eventually leading to acute liver failure. Unfortunately, the person who has it doesn't usually know until they are in liver failure. This disease killed my friend's daughter at the age of 6 - and they never knew until it was too late. My personal feeling is if there is a way to non-invasively test for these types of illnesses - no matter how rare - it should be done.
