Christopher Runyan, who owns GameXChange on the Boston Post Road in Orange, wins award.

The owner of a videogame store in Orange that carries both retro and current generation games has been named the 2013 Connecticut Small Business Person of the Year.

The Orange store was ranked sixth out of more than 50 GameXChange locations in revenue for 2012, according to a news release from Bernard M. Sweeney, Connecticut's SBA District Director.
