According to information provided by the Orange Town Clerk's office, the property at 486 Boston Post Road has sold for $3 million.
The 46,173-square-foot parcel was sold by WB Equities III LLC to Palm Leaf Corp. on June 11. The building occupied by is 3,740 square feet.
The conveyance tax on the sale comes in at $7,500.
