Dichello Lock Out — Day 6 (Video)

It's been nearly a week since drivers from Dichello Distributors began picketing the business.

Drivers from Dichello Distributors continue to walk the line outside of their workplace while they wait for the company to negotiate with their union.

Dave Molster, who's worked at Dichello for 8 years said there has been no progress at all. He said the company is telling customers that the drivers are on strike.

"We're not on strike," he said. "We came to work on Thursday and we were locked out."

The current contract ended on Jan. 31, according to Molster.

"We negotiated to continue working under the existing contract, but as of last Wednesday night (March 9) they faxed a note over to union hall saying that they were no longer negotiating," he said.
