Amity Company Manufacturing "Snow Rakes"

A Bethany business owner has begun a side project to fill the urgent need for roof rakes.

Desperate for a roof rake? Roll-A-Cover, Intl, 696 Amity Road, Bethany (Behind Webster Bank) is now manufacturing "snow rakes." They will be available by this coming Saturday, Feb. 12.

Owner Michael Morris said the rakes, with a 1/8-inch aluminum head and 18-foot extension pole; sell for $99.99 or $69.99 for the head only. Shipping and handling and tax are extra.
