OLT/Birds of Prey at Orange Country Fair: Falconry and the Medieval World

The Orange Land Trust has invited WINGMASTERS’ Julie Collier to present another of her captivating Birds of Prey programs at the Orange Country Fair, This presentation, featuring live raptors, centers around live birds used in falconry and is a history-rich look at an ancient sport.

On Saturday and Sunday, September 15th. and 16th. there will be four half-hour presentations – at 11 a.m., 12 noon, 1 and 2 p.m.   

Stop by the Orange Land Trust tent to view the FREE programs, find information on walking areas in the Town of Orange, and see the photography display.  There will be pen and ink note cards and color tee-shirts for sale featuring a bird of prey. Proceeds will benefit the Orange Land Trust, a volunteer organization that is dedicated to preserving natural resources and open space in the Town of Orange.
