FREE 2011 Spring HOME SHOW AND DEMONSTRATION EVENT

Spector Furniture and Home Decor owners Ken and Howard Kreiger of Orange and Woodbridge,  and “The Drapery Connection” located in Stratford will be hosting a 2011 Spring Home Show Event the weekend of March 19th and 20th at the Spector Furniture & Home Decor showroom – 385 Main Street Ansonia.  This event will be open to the public with no admission!!  Feel free to visit us for some interesting and eye catching demonstrations from our local artists!! 

A few of the demonstrators being showcased at the Home Show are: muralist Stephanie C. Mastrolillo from “Sunset Studio” in Milford.  Stephanie is the 2010 Honorable Mention winner of the “Kravet Your Room” Interior design contest sponsored by Traditional Home magazine. Watch Stephanie’s creation come to life in our showroom. Local artist Veronica Cassel-Vaz from Ansonia (a member of the Valley Arts Council) will be creating one of her masterpieces on canvas right before your eyes, Jo Ann Brown, from “Peaceful Acres” in Danbury, will demonstrate her talents as she makes skeins of yarn on her spinning wheel.  She’ll show you how to make beautiful, colorful home accents from yarn!  Mary Ann Tuska and Stephanie Saja of Stratford from “The Drapery Connection” will also be on hand with all types of creative answers to your inquiries regarding custom window treatments and custom bedding.  Shirlynn White  of Newington will be available to show you the latest décor ideas Party Light has to offer.  MJ Paris from Positiv –A-Tea of Shelton will enhance the day with samples of her own special blend of natural tea.   Diversified Kitchens with a showroom in Huntington will have on display some remodeling ideas for you to see.  Let them show you how easy it is to design the perfect kitchen with their talented design team. 

You’ll also have full access to the complete “Spector Furniture & Home Décor” showroom with thousands of home furnishing ideas, styles, fabrics, finishes and more!!. Living room, Dining room, Bedroom and more…You name it, they have it, with fine brands like La-Z-Boy, Rowe, Clayton Marcus, Lane.

These vendors will provide you with some great opportunities to bring personality and life to every room in your home!!!  Remember – the Home Show is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.  Bring a friend (or two!) and stop in for a fun-filled weekend watching some very talented artists do their thing.
