This is a book club for cookbook lovers and food enthusiasts! Whether you're a seasoned chef or are just interested in trying (and tasting) new recipes, come join Food for Thought, the Library's new Cookbook Club. This month the discussion and tasting will center around the cookbooks of Ina Garten - the "Barefoot Contessa." Here's how it works:
- Call or stop by the Library to tell us what type you will be bringing (appetizer, entree, dessert, side dish, etc.)
- Choose a recipe from a cookbook that fits the chosen theme to test; prepare the dish at home and bring it to the meeting. Remember to bring your cookbook for "Show and Tell."
- Come ready to sample everyone's dishes and discuss your cookbook and your experiences.
