Out of Power? Getting Hot? The Town Can Help

The thunder storms last night caused problems in several areas throughout Orange.

The thunder and lightning storms on Thursday night caused power lines to fall, prompting power outages.

As of 6 a.m. today, the UI reported that 62 customers in Orange were without power.

Although today will be relatively cool compared to yesterday's hot and humid temperatures, the town is offering residents the option of relaxing at the High Plains Community Center if their own homes become too uncomfortable.
