It's a Beautiful Day for a Strawberry Festival
The Congregational Church members hosted a successful fund-raising event today.
The sun was smiling, chldren were hula hooping, vendors were vending, cooks were grilling and the strawberries were magically disappearing on the Orange Green today for the annual Strawberry Festival.
Patch restaurant reviewer Ron Haas's frequent "partner in dine," firefighter Joe Oleschuk gave the strawberry shortcake a rating of "10."
The children who were there at 11:30 a.m., gave singer Al deCant the same rating, as he got them up on their feet to wiggle their butts and sing along to his songs.
