Opie’s World is a program to promote outdoor recreation and an appreciation of nature. There will be lots of activities for children and families. Activities include fishing, making rainsticks, Ansonia Nature Center, CT DEEP Wildlife Conservation, leaf rubbings, and scavenger hunts.
This event is FREE and open to the public.
The event is located at the Maltby Lakes Rec recreation area on Route 34 on the West Haven/Orange line.
