Open House & Free Tumbling Clinic at the Spirit Zone!
Spirit Zone in Hamden will be hosting an Open House and FREE Tumbling Clinic on Saturday, August 24th! The Open House will be from 12-2pm with the free Tumbling Clinic from 2-3:30pm.

Come see Connecticut’s premier all star program and all 2013-2014 teams as they tune up for the upcoming competition season. We will be having facility tours, tumbling and gymnastics class demonstrations, staff meet and greets, prizes and more! Also, if you register for a class that day, you will receive 20% off when paid in full.

The FREE tumbling clinic is perfect for any athlete to come and work on new skills. Floors and athletes will be separated into age and ability level. Come in and learn from our top certified instructors for FREE from 2-3:30pm!
With world-renowned coaching and dedicated athletes, CT Spirit All-Stars rosters nationally competitive teams out of three Connecticut-based locations in Hamden, Greenwich and East Windsor. Teams start at beginner levels (ages 3+) and train up through teams ages 17+, dominating in tumbling and cheerleading skills. Any interested athlete is encouraged to contact the gym and schedule a tryout!
