WAYNE HUGENDUBEL ACHIEVES AGENT OF THE MONTH!

The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Orange is pleased to announce that Orange resident Wayne Hugendubel, a sales associate in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Orange, has achieved the Sales Associate of the Month award for the month of December.

Hugendubel was also recognized for the 2011 International President’s Circle Award for Coldwell Banker, the 2010 Real Estate Online Marketing Award of Excellence for Realtor.com. He has received the 4th Quarter Award for 2010, 2011 and 2012 for production from the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors, was the Agent of the Month for the Orange in February, May, July, August, September, October and November in 2012 and named Top Producer in 2011 for the Orange office.

With more than 25 years experience, Hugendubel has been successfully meeting the needs of homebuyers and sellers in Greater New Haven County. He holds several distinct designations such as CRS – Certified Residential Specialist, ABR – Accredited Buyer Representative, GRI – Graduate Realtor Institute, as well as CNS – Certified Negotiation Specialist.
